UPCOMING EXPERIENCES
An Inclusive Yoga and Meditation Retreat at Ananda Ashram
In the stillness of Monroe’s forested hills, we gather — not to change who we are, but to remember. This is a homecoming for the body, a sacred return through the ancient pathways of Ayurveda, where food becomes prayer, and presence becomes medicine.
Here, we honor the body as wise, whole, and worthy — not in spite of its shape, its stories, or its scars, but because of them. Through nourishing Ayurvedic cooking, you’ll learn to use food as medicine — not through restriction, but through deep listening and loving intention. Each day includes grounding meditation and accessible yoga that centers presence over performance, offering space for all bodies and all levels of experience. Through breath and gentle movement, we listen. Through meditation and rest, we soften. And through it all, we reclaim what was never truly lost — the knowing that we are already enough.
A space where you are invited to take up space, speak your truth, and be held — by the land, by the practices, and by the deep remembering of your own sacred rhythm.
Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself.
